Replacement sheaves on mast base

I can't find replacements for my sheaves (pulleys) at the mast base of my 1980 SJ24. They are 1-1/16" OD and handle 1/2" rope from what I can tell. West Marine doesn't have them in stock or on order. None of my local shops here in Bellingham have them. Any ideas?

I would like to ask this same question and hope that someone answers this one unlike the previous. I also want to know the best way to remove and reinstall sheaves on the mast base. Someone please read/ answer.
